The Hydraulic Mining Excavator is a core equipment specifically designed for heavy-duty mining scenarios. With its powerful performance and adaptable design, it has become the preferred equipment for underground mining operations. The core components are made of high-grade wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials, and have undergone rigorous testing under harsh conditions. They can handle high-intensity mining operations with ease, significantly reducing equipment failure rates and extending service life.
Equipped with a professional mining hydraulic system, it offers stable and powerful power output, enabling smooth tunnel excavation. It also comes with a breaker hammer, allowing for easy crushing of underground ores. The operational efficiency is significantly higher than that of similar equipment. The body structure has been optimized for narrow underground spaces and uneven road surfaces, featuring a small turning radius and excellent passability. Combined with dust-proof and impact-resistant protection designs, it perfectly suits various complex underground mining scenarios.
The modular design simplifies the maintenance process, significantly shortens the downtime for maintenance, and ensures the continuity of operations. The ergonomic driver's cab is equipped with a Chinese display interface, making the operation simple and easy to master, effectively reducing the training period for personnel. Two versions are provided: electric and hydraulic drive. The electric version is zero-emission and low-noise, meeting the environmental protection requirements of high-gas mines; the hydraulic drive version is powerful, helping enterprises maximize operational cost control while balancing efficiency and economy.
This Hydraulic Mining Excavator features a compact structure, small overall dimensions, energy conservation, low noise and high efficiency. It enables the mechanization of roadway excavation operations and can greatly improve the speed of roadway maintenance work.
The working arm of this coal mine hydraulic excavator can meet the requirements of various operations such as excavation, side trenching, overturning and loading. It realizes multiple functions including digging drainage ditches, bottom cleaning, removing residual coal, cleaning the bottom of belt conveyors and leveling roadways.
The machine adopts a single-power design with low energy consumption. All power components are integrated into a centralized power module, which supplies power to one main pump and one auxiliary pump respectively. Equipped with an advanced hydraulic system, it adopts a medium-high pressure system.
With a compact structure, the machine uses pilot valves to control main operations, ensuring easy and convenient operation as well as stable and shock-free work performance.
