⭕The New Mucking Loader, commonly known as the integrated digging & mucking loader (or breaker mucking loader, all-in-one rock loader), is an innovative model that integrates a hydraulic breaker and a bucket at the front arm of a conventional mucking loader.
⭕It enables integrated operation of breaking, mucking, conveying and loading without changing attachments, allowing full-process operation directly in underground mines or tunnels.
⭕Based on the mining/tunnel excavating loader, it integrates a hydraulic breaker and a bucket synchronously via the hydraulic system. The breaker can be installed front‑mounted or side‑mounted. During operation, it first breaks large hard rocks, consolidated materials or obstacles, then uses the bucket to load and convey them via a belt or scraper conveyor into mine cars. It is suitable for narrow‑space working conditions such as mines, tunnels and hydraulic tunnels.
