Product Features
The Bolting Rig features dual-arm drilling,As a roadway support machinery. It can be used in conjunction with roadheaders and drilling-loading units to rapidly complete support work, realize parallel operation, and improve mechanization.
It is mainly used for face support operations in coal, rock and semi-coal-rock roadways. The Bolting Rig can simultaneously perform bolt and cable support on the roadway roof and sidewalls. It also has functions such as drilling blast holes, water detection holes, and gas detection holes in coal seams.
Equipment Features
⭐It replaces 4 to 6 traditional manual hand-held drilling rigs, reducing the number of operators from 8–12 to just 3. The support efficiency for a single bolt or cable bolt is increased by more than 50%.
⭐The Bolting Rig is equipped with a movable, telescopic advanced temporary support mechanism.Operators work under permanent protection 2 meters behind the drilling area, eliminating the dangerous condition of roofless operation.Meanwhile, this mechanism also serves as a drill rig stabilizer.

⭐The support torque is increased from 100 N·m (handheld drill) to 350 N·m, providing high pre-tightening force for bolts and eliminating the need for manual secondary tightening.
