The Underground Bolting Rig is a mining hydraulic bolting rig developed by Shandong Cresics Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd.It is designed specifically for underground mine working conditions, integrating the advanced technologies of international hydraulic bolting rigs and the company’s long-standing experience in mine machinery design and manufacturing.
This machine is mainly used for bolt and cable support after rapid excavation of underground roadways, and is suitable for roadway construction with rock hardness from f3 to f10.

Product Features
●The unit features a rational structure with a narrow body and low center of gravity, making it more suitable for narrow roadways.
●Equipped with a proportional control system, the drill boom enables faster and more accurate hole positioning.
●Adopting a luffing chassis design, the chassis width is 1.3 m during operation, ensuring high stability and reliability.
●The unit is fitted with two sets of drill booms and thrust mechanisms, which operate independently of each other.
●The two drills on the unit can be rotated to different positions and angles to independently carry out bolting, drilling for roof/side bolts, blastholes and detection holes.
Main Applications
This machine is mainly used for supporting operations in the heading faces of coal roadways and semi-coal-rock roadways, and can realize simultaneous roof and wall support, as well as drilling blastholes and detection holes. The applicable roadway working gradient is ±16°.
